  • Why should I choose Lott Law?

Everybody in the firm cares about making your life better and will do whatever it takes to make that happen (as long as its legal and I won’t lose my law license).

  • How much does it cost?

    Depending on the type of legal matter that we have the pleasure of assisting you with, depends on the fee. For example, an on the job injury is taken on a contingency basis. That means that we do not get paid unless you win! For domestic matters involving divorce, child support and child custody, those matters are taken on an hourly basis. In special circumstances that involve non-contested matters, such as an irreconcilable differences divorce where both parties are in agreement, those matters can be taken on a flat fee agreement.     Note: Uncontested divorces before a Master are heard on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:30AM (during term) in Jackson County, MS. All Jackson County Department of Human Services cases are heard on Wednesdays by a Special Master.​
